If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns & refunds. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us:
Interpretation & Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural
For the purposes of this Return and Refund policy
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Snealth Care, India
- Goods refer to the items offered for Sales
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us
- Service refers to the Website
- Website refers to Snealth Care, accessible from https://snealth.com/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days
Cancellation of products
You can cancel orders for Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Snealth Care, India
- You can cancel orders for Products partially / fully prior to issuing & processing of the Invoice. Orders cannot by cancelled once the Invoice has been processed or issued.
- In case you change your mind in relation to a particular order of the Products, you may request a cancellation at [email protected], with the subject line being “Request for Cancellation” along with your details
- On receipt of the cancellation request, we shall cancel the order and initiate a refund. This process should ideally take 3-4 working days, but to be safe we allow for a 15 days time. The amount shall be refunded to your Bank Account, or credited to your Snealth Wallet, upon your discretion
Return of Products
- You can initiate a request for return (only available at select pin-codes). This return can be initiated only if: (a) Product is damaged; (b) Both the product & the shipping package is damaged; (c) Product is defective or not in working condition; (d) Product is of bad quality. You can initiate such requests within a period of 7 days after which an inquiry team will be set up. Once the inquiry team approves the request, the product shall be returned.
- You shall keep the products in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories for a successful return pick-up.
